Unleash Your Inner Confidence: Embracing Self-doubt and Befriending Your Imposter
Many of us know that feeling – the feeling you experience when you start a new job, when you get a promotion or when you receive an award. Whether it’s with you all the time or only in certain situations, how do you develop a healthy relationship with self-doubt, fear, vulnerability, and failure?
Research summarized in the International Journal of Behavioural Science in 2011 notes that 70% of us have felt like an imposter at some point.
Join in as we explore imposter syndrome, and tools to unleash your inner confidence.
By end of the webinar, you will:
• Be able to describe imposter syndrome
• Be able to describe the imposter cycle
• Become aware of any core beliefs about yourself that are holding you back
• Reflect on your previous successes and use them as fuel for your future success
• Learn practical strategies to overcome imposter syndrome and show up as your best self
